Reviews of governance structures, board and committee design, delegations and board reporting. Drawing on experience consolidating large and tangled group structures into something a board can actually oversee, Anovia helps you simplify, clarify accountability and lift the quality of the papers that reach the table.
Regulatory compliance
Compliance frameworks and obligation registers, regulatory change and transition, and sector-specific advice across areas such as APRA CPS 230, work health and safety legislation, privacy, and education and care regulation. Anovia Advisory offers confidential, one-on-one coaching for Chief Risk Officers, heads of compliance and audit, governance and risk leaders, and the executives stepping up into those roles. It is led by a former Commonwealth Chief Risk Officer and accredited executive coach, someone who has sat in the seat through regulatory scrutiny, board pressure and the decisions that have to be made without perfect information.
Sessions are practical and built around what you are actually facing, whether that is influencing the board, holding your independence, standing up a risk function, working with regulators, or backing your own judgment when it counts. The aim is steadier, more credible leadership and the confidence to hold your ground at the executive table.

Interim CRO
Fractional or interim Chief Risk Officer support to stand up or steady a risk function, and accredited coaching of your risk function for risk, compliance and governance leaders. This is useful when you need senior risk capability quickly, or want to build the confidence of the people already in the seats.
Company Secretary services
Experienced legal-qualified Company Secretary with AICD membership and Fellowship of the Governance Institute of Australia.
Experience in the provision of professional secretariat services to Ministerial Councils and senior government committees, ACNC-regulated entities, and APRA-regulated entities.
